Jury Verdict in the Circuit Court for Howard County

Our client was driving on Interstate 95 in Howard County when a phantom vehicle was swerving through traffic at speeds over 100 miles per hour.  Nationwide Insurance Company contended that our client was the cause of the accident despite the undisputed testimony of multiple witnesses of the phantom vehicle causing a pileup.
