Unless you have signed a retainer agreement with us, we are not your lawyers. No information provided here makes us your lawyers even if you feel like we are giving you advice.

Despite the fact that we take all reasonable steps to ensure that our website is secure, no one can guarantee you that their site is 100% secure from hackers and other intruders, so please understand that you do provide information at your own risk.

Use of Your Information

We do not sell our clients’ (or prospective clients’) information.  No collected information will be shared with Third Parties for marketing purposes.

LeViness Tolzman and Hamilton may agree to co-counsel on cases, allowing another law firm to take the lead.  In the event of such a situation, once the client agrees to such an arrangement, we will forward the client’s information on to the other attorney as needed.

Email Marketing

Anyone who receives email marketing from this office may simply reply to any such email with the word “unsubscribe” and we will remove you from future email campaigns
