SB I-83 Shut Down at Cold Spring Road Exit Due to Fatal Crash

A fatal crash has occurred southbound I-83 near the Druid Park Drive exit in Baltimore shutting down all three traffic lanes. Authorities reported that a truck overturned on the median and caught fire. According to officials, there has been one recorded fatality while two other passengers were taken to a nearby hospital. Traffic was diverted before the Cold Spring Lane Exit to help decrease traffic delays. The Baltimore police urged travelers to avoid the area as there is still much for emergency crews to do at the crash site.
