Paul Tolzman, Esq.
One of Maryland’s “Super Lawyers,” Paul Tolzman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Loyola University Maryland and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He was admitted to practice before Maryland Courts in 1977.
Mr. Tolzman has extensive litigation experience in criminal/DUI defense. In addition, in the personal injury arena, his firm has recovered over $100 million for his clients. Mr. Tolzman is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Maryland Association for Justice, and the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association.
Mr. Tolzman was named one of Maryland’s “Super Lawyers,” the highest accolade for a practicing attorney. He has also been recognized as one of the country’s “Top 100 Trial Lawyers”, a “Top Lawyer in Maryland”, and in 2015, he was selected as one of the “10 Best in Client Satisfaction of the American Institute of DUI/DWI Attorneys.”
A lifelong Marylander, Mr. Tolzman has a deep commitment to environmental causes, especially the restoration and preservation of the Chesapeake Bay. He enjoys fishing, boating, gardening and playing guitar. He is a Governing Member of the Baltimore Symphony and he resides in the Baltimore area with his wife, Karen.
