More than half of fatal construction accidents stem from a fatal fall taken by a construction worker while working. OSHA classifies falls as one of the “Fatal Four” that include electrocutions, becoming caught in or between objects or equipment, and being struck by objects. Unfortunately, if the company overseeing a construction project fails to adhere to safety standards or provide their workers a safe environment in which to complete assignments, they may be at-risk for incurring injuries and potential fatalities.
