A car became pinned beneath a tractor-trailer in Baltimore, Maryland, causing serious injuries for two victims. The Baltimore tractor-trailer crash occurred on Interstate 695 on Friday morning, just before 7 am, when an SUV slipped underneath a truck. Both the driver and passenger from the SUV went to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center for medical treatment after the Baltimore tractor-trailer crash.
Accidents involving tractor-trailers may bring numerous injuries and potential fatalities for motorists. Due to the size of a large vehicle like a tractor-trailer, even a minor collision with a smaller car may be dire. In some cases, truck drivers may be driving recklessly or engaging in unsafe driving practices such as drowsy driving, speeding, or intoxicated driving while trying to reach their destinations on time.
