On Monday morning, around 2:30 am, the car accident occurred when a driver crashed into a nail salon located next to a restaurant, hitting several vehicles and a number of bystanders. Allegedly, the woman driving the car engaged in an argument with a tow truck driver in the parking lot before slamming into the building and victims.
