On Monday morning, around 9:42 am, the truck accident occurred when a 21-year-old man from Greensboro, Maryland who was driving a pickup truck crossed the center line of Shore Highway and struck an SUV. The pickup truck driver then passed a dump truck and was hit by the dump truck. Many times, a head-on collision is caused by drowsy driving, distracted driving, drunk driving, or texting while driving. Unfortunately, when a driver’s eyes or concentration leaves the road for even a moment, a crash could occur, which leads to personal injuries and potential fatalities for any parties involved. Injuries in this type of accident may be catastrophic and affect the head, neck, or spinal cord.
