During the summer, there are more motorcyclists on the road due to the warmer weather. With the increase in motorcyclists riding around, the possibility of accidents like the Fort Washington crash increases as well, leading to personal injuries or even fatalities for riders and others involved in an accident. Since motorcycles provide little to no safety features, and offer no protection from the elements, riders are vulnerable when an accident occurs.
