Fatal Motorcycle Wreck Occurs on Pulaski HighwayJune 14, 2017
A fatal motorcycle wreck claimed the life of a motorcyclist on Tuesday afternoon. The accident occurred on Pulaski Highway near Mapleton Avenue in Baltimore around 2 pm. Reports state that the motorcyclist ran into an SUV, and the motorcyclist then sustained life-threatening personal injuries after a dump truck hit the rider. An ambulance picked up the victim after the motorcycle wreck, but the individual succumbed to fatal injuries.
Due to warmer weather, the prevalence of motorcycle accidents increases. Motorcycles contain fewer safety features, which may elevate the risk of more personal injuries and even fatalities for motorcyclists while on the road. A loss of income and mental trauma may accompany any injuries a motorcyclist sustains in an accident.
